- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with you to always make sure the help you need is within your reach. I offer a sliding scale to clients who may need assistance. I do not accept insurance at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can speak over the phone or through Thumbtack, whatever you are more comfortable with. We figure out how I can best help you, what your current struggles are, and what you hope for. We then work on finding a time that works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
