He was very quick to respond to our request. Scheduled a visit to provide an estimate and took measurements. Provided us with various options at competitive prices and arranged a visit to the storage to help us pick the actual countertop stone. His installation was met with several challenges that were quickly addressed. It was a pleasure to deal with him as he was honest and eager to address issues if we indicated even the slightest displeasure.
