- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin with a short conversation about the home, the type of inspections needed and if there's any disclosed or undisclosed information we can find out from the Realtor, Seller, or from the county Permitting department.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of on the job training in various trades of the Construction industry such as a Fire protection, building Sports complexes and Residential Construction Manager. I also have 6 years in the Roofing industry which gives me the experience necessary to be the best Inspector in the Industry.
