Dmitry did a great job with washing machine repair. Prior to appointment there was great communication, he responded quickly to the inquiry, immediately set up an appointment, was punctual within designated time frame, and communicating ETA. Once here, he pinpointed the problem quickly and offered various solutions. Went with his recommendation, and he completed the repair quickly. Once finished, he offered suggestions on how to avoid similar issues. Dmitry was professional, reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to contact him again for appliance repairs.
