Dmitry responded right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and advised us about the most cost-effective method to have the repair made through the manufacturer since the part is still under warranty. He is super knowledgeable and gave us a lot of great advice about reliable brands and how to properly maintain all of our appliances. Honest, friendly, responsive, and clearly knows what he's doing. He will be the first person I call if we ever need an appliance repaired in the future.
