Dmitry responded right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and advised us about the most cost-effective method to have the repair made through the manufacturer since the part is still under warranty. He is super knowledgeable and gave us a lot of great advice about reliable brands and how to properly maintain all of our appliances. Honest, friendly, responsive, and clearly knows what he's doing.
