Introduction: What's up everyone! My name is Anthony Carr and I am a NASM certified personal trainer at Strength Built Fitness.
As an athletic kid I never had an issue with weight. In high school I weighed about 165, ran track, played basketball, all that good stuff. It wasn't until I got older and started to realize that I couldn't keep the body I wanted by sitting on the couch and eating whatever.
At my max I was about 235 pounds and gaining weight by the minute. Essentially it took me about 11 years to get up to 235 but as little as 3 months to get back down to a lean 195. I made it my business to sculpt my body and get as lean as possible, in addition to maintaining a toned physique.
I say that so you can make a mental note that the weight doesn't fall off all at once because it wasn't gained at once but with dedication and hard work, we can make it happen.
