FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My co-hosting services for short-term rentals typically operate on a percentage-based commission, starting at 20% of gross booking revenue. This includes guest communication, calendar management, and pricing optimization. Additional services like design consultation, deep cleaning, or onboarding new properties are available for a flat fee. For long-term rentals, my management fee is usually around 10% of the monthly rent. I’m transparent about costs, so there are no surprises for my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an introductory call to learn about the property, goals, and any unique needs. From there, I conduct a property assessment and share a customized plan that includes pricing recommendations, listing optimization, and a marketing strategy. Once aligned, I handle everything from professional photography and guest communication to ongoing maintenance coordination, making the process seamless for owners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed real estate agent specializing in both long-term and short-term rentals. My training includes hospitality management, marketing strategies for maximizing property income, and staying up to date on local regulations. Managing a portfolio of short-term and traditional leases has given me hands-on experience creating seamless stays for guests and stable returns for property owners.
