What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For personal tech needs, the cost is $20 per 30 minute session. Most sessions take less than 30 minutes to resolve. If you know up front your session will take longer then we will do a consultation for $30. If you are a business then your initial consultation is $50. All consultation fees are waived if you choose 1-on-1 Tech to complete the project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began in the tech support industry helping friends and family solve their issues. I took courses to learn more about the technical aspects of networking and administration as well. I eventually became the IT Director for a company of over 200 people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I currently support a communications business and healthcare business with their day to day technology needs. I also assist teachers and the elderly with one-off tech support needs.
