Introduce my self, Find out what their needs are, Clarify there needs, Keep an open line of communication, and Follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the lead Caterer at Phillips Arena. During the Hawks games I prepare and cook for between 300- 500 people.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I graduated from Culinary School my first 5 years were catering.
