- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With my pricing, I will quote over the phone but advised you to schedule a time with me so I can give you a fare estimate. I do provide discounts to Millitary and elderly clients. I also provide discounts to clients who request cleaning on a regular basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new client is to give a minor rundown of who I am and what does my company provides. I also explained how many employees I have and advise that I am residential and Commercial insured, boned with workers Comp. I often ask if they are allergic to certain chemicals and if so will organic products works best? (that will also help me determine their estimated). I ask what services needs to be done, listen and take notes, and conduct a full walk through of the home to identify what products I would need to proceed with the services. I ask if there are any animals in the home and would they be out the way once MaidEasy Cleaning Service arrives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for many years. I always update myself on different chemicals and organic products that will satisfy my clients as well as myself. I have educated myself on how to get certain jobs done on time. I watch a lot a professional video and advisor in the field of changes if any.
