First time hiring a cleaning service and it was the best decision ever. The company was very professional and got the job done but exceeded my expectations. I was able to leave for a couple of hours and come back just to check on the home. It was a level of trust and safety. The cleaning was a amazing I walked into a new home. Due to health reasons I wasn’t able to clean and I have a terrible back and I can’t bend much. It was a lotttt of mess but they cleaned. I am telling everyone I know and I will be a repeat customer. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and the quality of work I got from Prim “N” Tidy Cleaning Service. They are by far one of the best cleaning services I have had dealings with in this area. They did an exceptional job on my Mom’s house as well as my own house. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin the process by establishing a rapport with our new client on the phone. We explain the whole process from top to bottom, and answer all of their questions. We notify the client once. we are on the way to the appointment. One of our leads always comes to meet the new client along with the cleaning team to ensure that everyone is on the same page and then we provide great service.
