Subject: Apology and Clarification Regarding Our Last Communication Dear Lacresha Crawford, Thank you again for your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize if my previous message came across as disrespectful or unprofessional — that was never my intention. I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve at your event and value every client relationship. To clarify, all pricing, including Fees were provided before confirmation, and your $50 deposit served as acknowledgment of those terms. That said, I understand there may have been confusion around the bar setup fee, which should have been more clearly labeled as a bar rental fee. I take full responsibility for that and will ensure more transparency moving forward. Regarding the tip jar, I did explain that it is mandatory. Unfortunately, not all guests understand the importance of tipping bartenders, and this helps ensure our team is treated fairly for their service. I’d also like to point out that the level of service you received which led you to extend our service hours is a reflection of the quality we aim to deliver. We were happy to honor that request and did so as a courtesy, further demonstrating the added value of our service. It was never my intention to imply you were seeking a “cheap” option, only to offer alternatives if needed. I understand now that you were seeking clarity, not compromise, and I appreciate that distinction. Thank you again for choosing The Cocktailers.
