Overall, I loved the service I received during the event. The bartender was nice, on time, professional, and drinks were good. I would hire her for another event. My rating is based on booking and professionalism of owner. This was a last minute thought of mines. Steve was the first person to contact me and gave me the basic of pricing (hourly pricing and what came with that) and sent pictures of bar. His pricing was in range of the other companies I were entertaining only different was that he had an extra bar cost, but when the other company sent their pictures I understood why it was fee. I decided to go with Steve. He sent over the invoice, which included several fees not discussed. Of the fees that was not disclosed it was two I was concerned with. One he charged a thumbtack fee of 30 dollars which talking to other vendors this is what thumbtack charge them to market them. Therefore, this is an expense to do business (marketing). The next fee was gratuity. I somewhat understood the fee, but had questions as they were putting up a tip jar (you putting out a tip jar so why I’m I paying an undisclosed gratuity fee. Instead of answer my question he accused me of trying to get a cheap bartender and said his bartenders were not cheap. As a professional, answer the customer question as I’m looking for clarity would have been better. Please note his bartenders are professional, but how he handle bookings are not. I was called three times about information provided. I swear if this was not so last minute I would have cancel, but glad I didn’t as my bartender was lovely. We extended her an hour and guess what, I’m paying a $25 additional bar set-up fee on top of the regular hourly rate. Please make that make sense, the bar was already set-up. I don’t know if Steve comes to all his events schedule, but I guess he came to mines due to out back in forth which I decided not to contact him again, despite being pissed about his responses as I did not want him to cancel. Steve was nice onsite, but I truly hate how he books event and really hate undisclosed fee. Little did he know I’m a good tipper and he hindered his bartender more than he helped her with the gratuity issue.

Subject: Apology and Clarification Regarding Our Last Communication Dear Lacresha Crawford, Thank you again for your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize if my previous message came across as disrespectful or unprofessional — that was never my intention. I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve at your event and value every client relationship. To clarify, all pricing, including Fees were provided before confirmation, and your $50 deposit served as acknowledgment of those terms. That said, I understand there may have been confusion around the bar setup fee, which should have been more clearly labeled as a bar rental fee. I take full responsibility for that and will ensure more transparency moving forward. Regarding the tip jar, I did explain that it is mandatory. Unfortunately, not all guests understand the importance of tipping bartenders, and this helps ensure our team is treated fairly for their service. I’d also like to point out that the level of service you received which led you to extend our service hours is a reflection of the quality we aim to deliver. We were happy to honor that request and did so as a courtesy, further demonstrating the added value of our service. It was never my intention to imply you were seeking a “cheap” option, only to offer alternatives if needed. I understand now that you were seeking clarity, not compromise, and I appreciate that distinction. Thank you again for choosing The Cocktailers. We booked COCKTAILERS two days before our event after our previous bartender canceled on us! The way they were able to come around in such a short period of time was amazing. But then their punctuality, service, professionalism and dress code was BEYOND AMAZING!!! Everyone was happy! Thank You cocktailers!

Kyndell was exceptional! I could not rave more about my experience with The Cocktailers. The drinks for my boyfriend’s birthday were perfect and tasty. My guests were impressed and even requested her information for future events. Needless to say, they were a hit! I hired this company to do karaoke for a party I held for colleagues after a national conference that was held in town. Technically, I had branded this party a “rager”, so the stakes were high and the entertainment definitely lived up to it! It was at my house and the DJ Steve and his lovely daughter showed up in plenty of time, found a way to rearrange my furniture to allow space for a karaoke and dance floor, and figured out my weird internet. My guests had a BLAST. An absolute blast, they were talking about it days later, and they were from all over the country, too - not just Atlanta. So I think we can safely say they were a national hit :) and we really appreciated all the pictures they took and sent us the next day. I’m only posting one so you can get an idea, not sure if everyone would approve of their pics being out there but maybe one is ok :) hire them!
