- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to offer fair pricing, fair to the customer and fair to me as the owner and service provider. We all have to make a living, and when you see the time, sweat, and elbow grease, from the work required, you'll understand the price! 😅
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tour the areas to be cleaned, point out problems, and set results expectations. We can never guarantee the removal of all spots, but we will do our best. The work is done. Payment collected at finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
How many carpets, homes, surfaces have you seen and cleaned? From 2021 to 2024, our owner-operator was a technician for the largest carpet cleaning company. Having done 5+ jobs a day, that's 100+ homes a month, and 1,000+ homes every year for four years! That's why you're choosing an experienced professional.
