Working with Cruz was a pleasure from start to finish. So courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We moved into our condo in May and walked to get the fireplace checked out before burning wood. He arrived early, first checking to make sure it was ok with us. Then proceeded to quickly get to work cleaning and inspecting the entire system, including using a drone to take detailed photos of the exterior chimney. He explained the entire safety inspection, got to see the live camera going to the flue. He then took time to give his recommendations and our options. Ultimately we decided to forgo burning wood and selected a beautiful gas log replacement. I never thought I would prefer a gas fireplace over a real wood burning fireplace, but the end result is beautiful and so cozy. I highly recommend Cruz for all your fireplace and duct work. It was a pleasure.

Arrived on time, super professional, got up on the steep roof to do accurate measurements for the quote. The quote for the damaged chimney was so reasonable I had them go ahead and fix the second one that was showing signs of wear.
