I highly recommend Safe Air Service (also known as Trusted Service Group) if you need your fireplace or dryer vent cleaned! We have two gas-assisted wood-burning fireplaces that hadn't been used in four years. Our technician, Ben, was fantastic. He showed me that the chimneys actually hadn't been cleaned in over 15 years—long before we even moved in. Ben was incredibly thorough. He dusted off the entire chimney and the firebox, and he even took the extra time to clean off the wood logs we had sitting in the fireplace. The pricing was straightforward and unbeatable. They charged a flat fee of $239 to clean both fireplaces, and for just $30 more, they cleaned out our dryer vent duct. There were absolutely no hidden fees, no extra charges, and zero attempts to upsell me on anything. They were significantly cheaper—by more than half—compared to all the other local quotes I received. If you book with them, definitely ask for Ben. Excellent service, completely honest pricing, and great work!

Ben was extremely professional and courteous and explained in detail the fireplace servicing process. He also had some helpful suggestions for starting the fireplace up the first time during the cold weather. He was also very punctual and arrived within the previously promised timeline. Quick and easy to book, near term availability, great onsite contact. Haven't hired out chimneycleaning and inspection before and I learned a lot, love the focus on consumer education, didn't know I should pre-heat my fireplace before placing logs, etc. I'll definitely hire them again.
