- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would go to the location first and check the issue the customer is having and give them an estimate and a timeframe it would take me to do the work needed on the spot. I do not charge an estimate fee reason being 90% of the time we agree on a price that will work out for both the customer and myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for multiple electrical companies and went thru schooling for electrical training since the year 2005. Thru the companies I have been able to gain extensive knowledge of hands on training along with what to look for in solving problems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started into this line of work thru my father. He is my role model of making sure everything I do I do to the best of my ability. And in the electrical field it has and will always be the line of career I have a joy doing.
