- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a family owned and operated business and every new customer is welcomed as such. We encourage an introductory call where a helpful representative can walk you through the service we provide. If all sounds good to you, we send over a service agreement for your review. Upon approval we will schedule a time that works for you to receive the first treatment. On the day of the service, the technician will do a thorough inspection and treatment before telling you exactly what they found and treated. Only then will you pay for service. And you will be pest free for six months. We want every customer to feel like they are in good hands with us. Urban Pest Control will make sure you are taken care of every step of the way.

In 1991 Matt Robinson started offering pest control as an option with his lawn care service. Recognizing a need for reliable, local pest control, Matt became a licensed technician in order to better serve his customers. Now, 25 years later, Matt stopped mowing yards and is of one of the leading experts in Atlanta on ants and other household pests.
