In my opinion Fit Tech Studios in redefining the fitness industry as we know it with their adaptive resistance workout! My workout session was incredible! Usually spend over hour in the gym per workout; 4 times a week. My Fit Tech session took only 15 minutes failing all my target muscles! Yes you heard me right! Kevin coached through a complete body workout in which total exercising time was 15 minutes! I now understand how 15 minutes per week is enough weight training. As I needed that time for my muscles to recover and burn fat. I highly recommend checking these guys out and taking the Fit Tech Challenge. You will be impressed on the effectiveness of this kind of workout.

Fit Tech Studios was an awesome high intensity training workout. The Fit3D Scan was amazing. It provided me with my measurements and a 3D snapshot of my body. Kevin's ability to guide me through the workouts and provide motivate was great! I will definitely come back!!!

All I can say is WOW! I never imagined that I could get the best workout I ever had in a fraction of the time I spend at the gym. Im a former trainer now health consultant and I would tell my clients that its the last 2-3 reps that make you stronger. I got there in within 2 reps! I can literally say that I recruited every muscle fiber I had and had nothing left to give and I have the data to show! These are the workouts I would kill for in the gym. I dont think I can match this at the gym. I will definitely be back.

The knowledge that I gained from Kevin and Fit Tech Studios has simply been life changing! I finally feel like my weight loss goals are possible! Not only is the equipment amazing but Kevin really understood the challenges that I faced. If you don't have much time then Fit Tech Studios will definitely be benifitcal for you.
