I have been trained in many fitness formats. I utilize different fitness techniques that use Bosu balls, TRX, Kangoo, gliding disk, anti-gravity yoga, boxing, battle ropes, and more.
I have been certified in personal training, group fitness, and weight management through memberships and affiliations with such entities as AFAA, NSCA, IFPA, MADD Dog Athletics, Thomas of Promise, and the Cooper Institute.
