About Me
My name is Tuncay Unal, and I am a professional carpenter with more than 42 years of experience in the field.
I was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, where I worked for over four decades on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects. During those years, I gained strong experience in custom woodworking, furniture repair, finish carpentry, and detailed craftsmanship. Carpentry is not just my job—it is my lifelong passion.
In 2017, I moved to the United States and continued my work here. I started my own business to serve people with the same care, honesty, and quality that I have always believed in. Today, I have a shop in Alpharetta, where I create custom woodwork, furniture, and repair projects, and I also provide on-site services for homes and businesses.
I enjoy working closely with my customers and finding the best solution for their needs. I take pride in clean work, strong materials, and attention to detail. No job is too small or too big—every project matters to me.
I am known as a kind, warm, and enjoyable person. In Turkish culture, we call this “misafirperverlik”—hospitality. Even if you don’t have work, you are always welcome to stop by, say hello, and share a cup of Turkish tea ☕. You will always be greeted with respect and a smile.
I speak Turkish. My English messages may sometimes look a little different because I use Google Translate or get help from a friend, but I always do my best to communicate clearly and honestly.
Please feel free to contact me or visit my shop.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.
