- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Water and Mold Emergency Services and Remediation Estimates For Water and Mold emergency services and Dry Outs we arrive on site ready to work and either bill you or bill your insurance company. We work with your insurance company at your direction If you do not want us to begin work and are just looking for estimates - we charge for the estimates For Water/Mold Restoration and Remediation Estimates we charge $125 for an onsite estimate. We charge $298 for a consultation which includes an estimate. If you choose us to complete the job the $125/$298 is refunded/deducted from the final bill If you would like us to contact your insurance company and or adjuster and furnish an estimate to/for your insurance company the charge is $498, If you choose us to complete the job the $498 is refunded/deducted from the final bill --------------------------------------------------------- Remodeling and Demolition We charge $98 for an on site estimate for remodeling and demolition projects and may be able to offer a free virtual estimate depending on the scope of work. If you choose us to complete the job the $98 is refunded/deducted from the final bill For Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling estimates we charge $125, the charge is refunded if we are hired --------------------------------------------------------- Our Handyman Services are billed at Flat Rate pricing based on the job/repair required or at an Hourly labor Rate of $98, there is a 2 hour minimum for hourly services. We require a $98 deposit to begin services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with our clients from start to finish. We are onsite and attentive. For Handyman services we prefer to briefly discuss the job prior to arriving so we can bring the correct equipment and get started as soon as we arrive. For remodeling an demolition projects, we provide a consultation and estimate and once the project is agreed upon we charge a deposit to begin work and collect the balance once the project is complete. For Water and Mold remediation and Dry Outs, we visit the property and provide a consultation that includes an estimate. We can also provide an estimate for your insurance company and work directly with your insurance adjuster.
