Scope of work was to insulate the attic by blow-in, and put batts for vertical walls. As I am being asked to check for the work at the end, it is 100% done if you go up the attic ladder and do a quick visual check. If you go in the attic and dig, it is about 80% done. 2/3 of the vertical walls are still missing insulation, and the other side of the attic that is more difficult to access is missing a lot (you can still see the joist). I am being told that it is not possible to access it, and I am even challenged to show the way. So i did. Now the work is 100% done, but it is quite abnormal for a homeowner to have to go to this depth to get the work done. Tried to contact the owner to discuss these issues, but was told he only works through the app (chat i guess). So here is my message to you sir. I would not hire back.
