The Junkluggers of North Atlanta made my life so much easier in my recent move. I definitely did my research when comparing different junk companies' rates and at all the price points Junkluggers were the best I could find. Keith and Carson were extremely fair on their estimate and got right to work. It was done carefully and quickly. I was impressed. I will definitely refer as many people as I can to the Junkluggers. I rounded up all the junk into the carport and took pics. Then scheduled with Junkluggers online (with the photos of all the junk). The guys called me about 10min before arriving, well on-time. I showed them everything that I wanted to go. They checked everything and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the price. They loaded it all up and I paid. No hassle,and all that junk is gone! I would definitely recommend Junkluggers. I also like that they make an effort to donate items that are eligible.

Junk Removal
The guys came late and were not wearing Gloves or masks. However, they were cordial, the manager apologized and took all the items quickly.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing varies on how much room is taken up in our truck (15 cubic yards). Pricing starts at $99 for less than an 8th of truck space and all the way up to $525 for a full truck (there are 13 price points in between).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We offer a free estimate on site. We can come by and look at the items and give you a price assured estimate, you will never pay more than what Is originally priced in that estimate (or if you would like you could email me images of the items you are looking to have removed and I can give you an estimate). If you agree to the estimate we can get to work right away. If you do not like the estimate, you can simply say thanks, but no thanks and we will be on our way. We are very flexible with availability and can service same day bookings.
