- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies on how much room is taken up in our truck (15 cubic yards). Pricing starts at $99 for less than an 8th of truck space and all the way up to $525 for a full truck (there are 13 price points in between).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free estimate on site. We can come by and look at the items and give you a price assured estimate, you will never pay more than what Is originally priced in that estimate (or if you would like you could email me images of the items you are looking to have removed and I can give you an estimate). If you agree to the estimate we can get to work right away. If you do not like the estimate, you can simply say thanks, but no thanks and we will be on our way. We are very flexible with availability and can service same day bookings.
