Hi there! Thanks for viewing my services. I offer free 20 minute consultations for new clients to have an opportunity to discuss their needs and ensure we're a good fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After ensuring that we can support a new client's goals, we arrange a meeting schedule and embark on our change and growth journey from there! Process steps include: -Setting service level -Signing service level agreement -Paying retainer (where applicable) -Scheduling sessions -Periodic check-in sessions to ensure client expectations are being met
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and a Master of Science in psychology with a concentration in performance and organizational behavior. My studies have spanned nearly 30 years. Inside of that, I've spent more than 25 years in corporations focused on business, people, and performance outcomes. In that time, I designed and executed strategies and training programs focused on leadership, development, and performance. I coached people through a wide variety of situations who consistently achieved excellent results. Coaching opportunities ranged from interpersonal conflicts at work or home, performance roadblocks or barriers, promotion coaching, executive coaching, transition coaching, general life coaching, and so much more. I also hold several coaching, facilitation, and development certifications to support my clients with excellence and relevant practices.
