Hello! My name is Victor Maya. My practice, Empower Yourself LLC, provides virtual life and recovery coaching throughout the USA and virtual or in-person sessions in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area.
I would like to begin by recognizing your courage in taking the first step to find a coach you can trust and who will listen, understand, and support you in overcoming the challenges that you are facing right now. It's my hope that you will see that I am that coach you've been searching for!
My journey from high school to finishing my graduate studies, getting married and having children, experiencing the difficulties of divorce and the happiness of getting remarried, opening a business to working way to much, all of these experiences brought about many happy and joyful memories but also, very stressful and difficult moments too. By having faced these life lessons and in addition to my extensive and continual coach training, my passion to help others become more aware of what holds them back and ultimately identify, for themselves, those behaviors that bring about a more balanced life, is a journey you only wished you had started sooner. This transformation can happen to you too!
At Empower Yourself, I'll challenge you to find solutions and achieve your goals. We will spend the time needed for you to share your concerns and together find the new behaviors to move you through the situation that’s keeping you from finding that peace you always wanted. Most importantly, we will specifically develop a guide that will allow you to reach the results you desire.
Overcoming challenges starts with a positive attitude. No better place to start than remembering to live a life of appreciation and not taking the little things for granted. Focusing on those intentional behaviors to create your happiness and find gratitude throughout your day is the secret to finding resolutions with the imbalances that come up. These affirmations are the cornerstone of each coaching session we share together.
Throughout my adult life, I’ve learned the importance of becoming more open-minded, willing, most of all, honest in all my affairs especially with myself. To take the time to become more self aware of your actions throughout your day and how it drives you to be who you are will open your eyes to why you live a life of happiness or conflict. These spiritual ideas lay a foundation along our coaching journey to find the faith to do the internal work that brings forth the self-care needed to live a life beyond your wildest expectations.
To become the best version of yourselves will become our mutual goal! That’s what drives me -- giving back what so many people have taken the time to give me throughout my life. This can become your life also!
