- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, hourly-based pricing with a minimum booking requirement. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due prior to service. Tax and gratuity are not included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We confirm event details (date, pickup/drop-off locations, number of passengers, and timing), provide a quote, and send an agreement. Once the deposit is paid by credit card, the date is secured. We confirm final details 48 hours before service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our drivers are professionally trained, experienced, and familiar with Metro Atlanta routes, traffic patterns, and event logistics. Safety, punctuality, and luxury service standards are our priority.
