What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
EduRaptor does not charge students a sign-up or monthly/annual subscription fee. You only pay per lesson. The payment per lesson will be the tutor's hourly charge along with a 6% service fee. Hourly rates start from 25$ and upwards. The rates depend on the tutor, subject, specialization, and grade.
Our group classes are discounted and have lower rates per session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work very closely with our learning community and ensure that the student finds the right match and gets the best fit for their learning profile and needs.
