He's a great math tutor, and he make sure you understand the concept. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone that needs help in math.

I have a 12 year old daughter who was struggling in advanced placement 7th grade math. Dan has been like a lifesaver to us. When he arrives at our home he jumps right into whatever she's learning, and the math subjects are often quite difficult. He uses many techniques to help her learn and he's also very personable. My daughter enjoys learning from Dan because he's extremely bright and also funny. We have a large family with lots of schedules and I also appreciate how Dan works with us if we need a schedule change. I highly recommend him as a math tutor.

After the first session with Dan 2 months ago, my 16 year old son said, "He is the best tutor I have ever had." Enough said. He makes a complicated subject understandable and a little less intimidating. He communicates well with me and is willing to work with us on scheduling when occasionally sports and demanding homework in other subjects interferes with tutoring. I would HIGHLY recommend Coach Dan!!!!

I have hired several tutors over the years, and know that not all are created equal. Daniel Vaccaro is among one of the best in the business. He is dependable, goes above and beyond, and is committed to helping kids succeed at math. He uses humor, and a plethora of tools, to simplify math and keep it interesting. His multi sensory approach to teaching has been the key to my daughter's success in high school math. She and I cannot recommend him enough!

Dan helped me all throughout middle school and Highschool. Without him I probably would not have graduated high school. He's patient, understanding, and most importantly knows his math.

    I have a graduate degree in teaching students in mathematics (M. Ed.). This is a masters degree that instructs graduate students to know something about how people learn all the subjects schools teaches.
