Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: About Me: I am an Atlanta based neutral (mediator), registered with Georgia Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution (GODR), mediating general disputes for the magistrate courts (usually civil suits). Also, I will soon handle domestic relations and domestic violence disputes and become a notary public for Fulton County. I currently hold a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and will be attending law school in the fall. About Nelson Mediation and Dispute Resolution: We offer professional mediation and alternative dispute resolution services to help litigants save time, energy, and money. If you have a dispute and feel that you would like to take another party to court, you would oftentimes have to pay fees to an attorney and court costs, wait for a court date, fill out different types of paperwork, and wait to go before a judge. Even after all of that, you still may not get the results that you feel you deserve. That's where we come in. With mediation services, you only pay one fee; there is very little wait time, and both parties have the option to come to their own agreement that everyone can be satisfied with. The meetings will also be held in a more private and comfortable setting.

Rhonda was professional, organized, and very understanding of our specific needs. It was like working with an old friend throughout the process. Her non-judgemental approach immediately put us at ease. Thanks so much Rhonda. You are truly the best at what you do.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

As a general mediator, the primary focus is on civil suits. For example, a business may be looking to collect overdue payments from a customer; a homeowner may be looking to collect for damages to their property, pets, landscaping, etc; or a painter may be looking to collect fees for services rendered.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Initial phone consultation should be free, and all questions regarding the mediation process should be explained.
