- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a CONTINGENCY FEE BASIS. NO RECOVERY, NO FEE. Meaning, you do not pay for our legal services whatsoever out of pocket. Rather, we receive the statewide standard CONTINGENCY FEE of 30% from the overall recovery—at the conclusion of the case. No up front legal costs or fees. This allows the client to seek the most high quality legal guidance and services, without worrying about the costs of legal representation. Thankfully, at Howe and Associates, you receive just that!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Attorney Richard Howe himself and Brad Cook, Director of Sales, will make initial contact with you to discuss your case and to set up an in-person consultation. Give us a call at anytime: 678 899 1836 Upon signing and completing your HIPAA Form & 1-page Client Agreement, you will hear from your Case Manager (CM) as they begin working and constructing your case. He/She will be able to provide you with any and all the information you may need. You will also have the personal cell phone numbers of Attorney Richard Howe and Director of Sales, Brad Cook, to ensure constant contact between clients and counsel.
