Where do I begin? Heather and her busy bees were buzzing around all day - they emptied out closets, helped me purge them and miraculously organized everything! Same with my pantry! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important to us is that we make sure our clients trust us and that we are not going to judge them. We want them to feel comfortable and confident with our process and we make sure they are fully satisfied at the end of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6 years hands-on organizing experience, 20 years leading and managing teams, and professional organizing business owner experience. I am extremely big on Continuing Education and make sure myself and our team is learning something new every week. We host a team call every Monday morning where we invite the top Professional Organizers from all over the country to come on and share their tips, tricks and ideas to ensure we stay on top of the latest, greatest most innovative tools out there.
