Wow, there is proof in this roofers pudding!The Georgia roof team fixed me up after multiple issues and unresolved leaks. This is my second year getting Georgia Roof to install exterior Christmas lights. Last year scheduling, install, and uninstall/pickup was a breeze. We had a string go out and they were quick to get us back up and running. This year schedule/install/invoice/payment was equally easy. The entire staff is very responsive, professional and easy to work with. The installation team this year was on time and above expectations completing the job. See you at uninstall AND next year!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner, Josh Reaves, worked as a roofer during his college days (long ago) and developed an interest in the business. Later, he became a Realtor and Real Estate investor and saw a need for roof contracting solutions within his business network. Georgia Roof LLC was founded to address those needs, and since the company was performing work on residential dwellings, it was expanded to also accommodate the roofing needs of private homeowners.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Real estate investors, commercial building owners, hoteliers, and of course - residential homeowners. We have repeat customers who call us (and only us) whenever they need a new roof. We also have homeowners for whom we install one roof, but they are happy to refer us to friends and family.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Only consider hiring a roofing contractor with the following qualities: is willing to meet with you in person, at no charge, to discover what your project requires and offer you a customized proposal; carries general liability insurance coverage; is a Preferred Contractor with a major manufacturer like CertainTeed or Owens Corning; has the installation capacity to install your new roof within 10 days or less of signing your work order; provides an onsite production manager to oversee your project installation; offers a ten year workmanship warranty; offers you financing solutions in addition to accepting all major forms of payment and charges you nothing until the project is installed to your satisfaction.
