Evelyn J. says, "Ryan was extremely responsive. He came twice for the cleaning “overhaul” of the small pond at front. The first time he came, I was not observing what he and his team partner did. He was about to leave when he called me on my cell. I was kind of slow coming to the door due to walking issue as a result of lumbar spine with fusion surgery. I spoke with him and checked what they did. I was not happy with the results. Granted that the small pond had been neglected for a while due to medical issues, it was really murky, dirty, and green, they removed most of the garbage, but the water was still so murky. Ryan said that the water will clear up in a couple of hours. I did not check the small pond after they left and overnight. July 4th 2025, around noon, my daughter, granddaughter, and I went outside to go to a gathering at a friend’s house when we noticed the small pond was drained of water. I turned the motor off. I immediately thought they punched a hole in the pond liner. We left, and when we came back around 5 pm, the water receded a bit but not much. When they came back the following week, Ryan thought the pipe to the motor dry rotted that when it was cleaned, the water leaked. But it was not the case. The liner was replaced sometime Dec 2023. Since it was just a handyman who was working at our door said he could replace the liner, he did not do it right. The water leaked okay, but not through a broken pipe. The second time Ryan and his teammate came, I came outside to observe what they were doing. I just could not believe the garbage that was left behind the first time when they were emptying that small pond. Even if the water did not leak the first time, there is no way the water would clear up like they did the second time because the water was so clear without any additive in it. At any rate they did a better job the second time. I appreciate their time and effort doing/correcting the job in a hot climate and driving down from Cumming to Douglasville, GA.
