An excellent coach specially for beginners and intermediate level players (kids to adults). Has an excellent understanding of how to teach basic tennis technique, court tactics and match-level strategy. Psychologically makes learning a positive and fun experience, but at the same time building the skills and abilities of the player rapidly in 10 sessions.
WELLNESS
Nafees & Moin R., also provide nutrition, fitness and wellness advise. Nafees, a certified health coach, many years of experience in this area and delivers customized guidance to the individual based on culture & ethnic cuisine, dietary habits, body type, current status and future goals and lifestyle.
Moin specializes in the psychological aspects of wellness, particularly the application of cognitive behaviors and stoic philosophy to persist and persevere with grit in everyday living with all the wins and setbacks it has to offer.
Nafees works with the client to inculcate a health-oriented & wellness-centered lifestyle ethic that sticks to the client for his/her lifetime (internalized to them as a nonconscious habit).
I enjoy coaching players of all skill levels and enabling them to discover the best in themselves -- and build self-confidence and a positive mindset on the court and in life off the court!
