I had such a great first time experience. I was having a bad day and he was extremely patient. He got to my place before I did and waited 10 minutes for me to arrive. On top of that, forgot to get a mount. I sent my husband to get one (which took about 15-20 mins) and the one that he bought was not compatible to hang the TV. He then offered to drive to Walmart and get the right one himself. That was extremely nice of him. I would highly recommend John's Creek TV Mounting.
