Shannon and her team were fabulous! We hired FTS Hospitality for a graduation party. Shannon + her team met with us a couple of weeks prior to discuss logistics for the food, drinks, and number of guests. Shannon arrived 90 minutes prior to the start of the party to setup the bar. Her signature cocktails/mocktails were a hit! Linda + Laurie arrived early as well to setup the food. They kept refreshments iced, food trays filled, fruit water filled, desserts stocked. Towards the end of the party, they began storing leftovers, cleaning dishes, and I cannot thank this team enough! It was truly the best decision to move forward with Shannon and her team. It allowed us the opportunity to truly enjoy our family and friends as we celebrated our daughter.

Shannon was absolutely phenomenal and played a huge role in making my son's birthday party a success! From the moment guests arrived, she were friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive.

Shannon was professional, a phenomenal bartender and a great help at my engagement party. Not only did she curate a great drink menu for me, but she added personalized touches to the bar table as well. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the number of hours to be worked, the number of guests at the event and other details of the event (i.e. travel, specific requests)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients in person if possible prior to the event. I can either travel to their location or we can meet at a dedicated place. I like to take note of my clients expectations and what I can do to help make their event memorable. If it's not possible to meet in person a Zoom, Teams or telephone call is also an option.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have TIPS Certified and also certified to serve alcohol at event venues. I have over 35 years of experience having worked as a bartender, server, hostess and manager. I am also a trained public speaker and comfortable in social situations.
