Because our work is based on what a client needs, our prices vary. What is true is this: we will give you the best value for the price. Our price is fixed. There are never any hidden charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go through a 6 step process:
1) Get to know you and your needs over a call
2) Give you a fixed price and a project plan with clear roles and responsibilities, as well as a delivery timeline
3) If you accept, our team starts working with you. You always have a clear view of where we are on your project.
4) A dedicated Project Manager will discuss progress with you every week.
5) After development and testing, we will take you through the final deliverable.
6) If you are happy, we will hand over our finished work to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I have all had between 5 and 30 years of experience in our respective fields. We all have degrees in our field of work, but - more important - we have real-world experience and hundreds of satisfied clients.
