- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as my pricing, I usually am able to get pretty close to the total of what the job is going to cost based off my estimate. If there is any tasks that get added onto the overall job while I'm there, then I will make sure to run the additional price by you before starting the task just so you are aware.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I receive a call from a customer either from a recommendation or from them finding me online, depending on the job, I sometimes will stop by the customers home first if it is alright, to get a list of any material I may need and an overall feel of the tasks that need to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Athens Technical College with my associates degree in Electrical Systems and technology and I have worked with different electrical companies in the Clarke/Oconee area for a couple years now.
