- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set hourly rate for most jobs with a minimum of 2 hours. I also do house wiring and rewires by the square foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know new customers on a personal level. I like to meet them in person and get a feel of what they are looking for. Putting faces with names is very important to me. I like for new and returning customers to always feel comfortable with the work I provide. I ask new customers to please ask questions about what I'm doing so they know what's going on. New customers should always watch a new professional they have never worked with before. People cut corners and if something doesn't look right to you then feel free to ask questions because you have to live with what the professional is doing in you residents or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years in the field. I started at the bottom digging ditches and worked my way to the top. I also attend code classes and study new code material.
