CadeAndKids popped up when I searched thumbtack for cleaning services and she was very responsive. She cleaned everything and didn’t change her price last moment and she kept her word (last time we had a similar experience with someone else) and her price was reasonable too. ( Her kids are very polite).

Almost as soon as I had written my desperate request on Thumbtack CadeAndKids (Myrtis Stevens) responded to me. Given what I was in need of - a deep clean of a fraternity house - I wasn’t sure anyone would get back to me. We talked and arrived at a price and they showed up a few days later to take on the fraternity house. They were there on time and with all their own equipment and supplies. We walked the house together to make sure they understood what needed to be done and they got down to business. It was a very full day and they worked non-stop 10-7. We even added a couple of additional rooms in the middle of the day and they were able to absorb those as well and got to everything we needed done. I don’t know of anyone else who would have been brave enough to take on a project of this magnitude and best it! CadeAndKids came through for us!
