I hate that I could only select 3 positive attributes because this team had it all. They answered the very first call and I didn’t have to battle an AI bot to get through to a person. Phil was able to talk through my problem with me and give me straightforward pricing right away. They showed up the next morning to replace my broken water heater. Phil and Justin were both the most kind, pleasant people. Justin installed the water heater, answered my questions, and cleaned up the work space in 2 hours. A weight was lifted off my shoulders and it didn’t break my bank account to solve the problem. If you want to get price gouged by a large, impersonal company, that’s your choice. We offer several types of discounts. We do not charge credit card fees when paying with a credit card. we off multiple items discount when you have several services done at same time. Just ask us :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first connect you directly with a plumber who understands your issue better than a scheduler or receptionist. we then walk through it over phone and ask simple question to better understand. then if needed we schedule a free service call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 years in the industry. 7 of those years in parts manufacturing and wholesale. Highly trained and certified in manufacturer we trust and not just whatever's on the Home Depot shelf. 17 years a s a service plumber and we have literally seen it all
