Thankful for the guys at MHR WaterHeaters for going above and beyond. They came out they same day and provided a very reasonable quote. It took a while to get it installed due to the supplier backorder but they installed it within an hour of it finally arriving. Worked with me along the way, shoring an incredible amount of patience and adequately guiding me through every bump in the road during my gas to heat pump waterheater conversion. Highly recommend!

I was more than pleased with the service MHR provided. Arrived home from vacation on Saturday of Labor Day weekend to find my hot waterheater not working. I reached out to Rheem since it was under warranty but they would not have anyone available before Wednesday. Needless to say MHR responded immediately and even walked me through lighting the pilot over the phone. Unfortunately it would not stay lit so on a Sunday he ordered a new pilot assembly and sent a plumber out Monday, Labor Day to replace the part. The charge was very reasonable and the interaction was so professional and pleasant. I recommend MHR 1000%!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several types of discounts. We do not charge credit card fees when paying with a credit card. we off multiple items discount when you have several services done at same time. Just ask us :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first connect you directly with a plumber who understands your issue better than a scheduler or receptionist. we then walk through it over phone and ask simple question to better understand. then if needed we schedule a free service call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 years in the industry. 7 of those years in parts manufacturing and wholesale. Highly trained and certified in manufacturer we trust and not just whatever's on the Home Depot shelf. 17 years a s a service plumber and we have literally seen it all
