The Bill Sommer Jazz Ensemble

The Bill Sommer Jazz Ensemble is a busy working trio, (PIANO/GUITAR, BASS, and DRUMS) of musicians who have all been professionals for decades. When needed we can expand out to as many at 7 pieces (including horns and a vocalist.) We play top-notch jazz and can incorporate all sorts of genres into what we do, be it funk to blues to Latin jazz. We're committed to satisfying clients with our playing, our presentation, and our professionalism. We often play as a piano trio, but we work regularly with wonderful singers and horn players as well. I currently host a jazz jam session every Tuesday night at Cafe Songhai in Peachtree Corners which keeps me in contact with lots of great musicians around town. Feel free to stop in some time to chat and listen if you like! We can provide our own PA equipment if necessary.
