It was definitely something I didn't want to do but I contacted Craig, and he handled my case so fast, I was shocked. I didn't have time to cry over the inevitable. I sent him all the documents he needed and he had it all submitted and done in a little less than 2 weeks. My payments start next week. Very professional and responded quickly.
