I thought Ms. Manigo was very professional, and knowledgeable, patient, and just as important - kind. She found ways to make our plan work. Even when we ran into obstacles, she worked to help overcome them.
I recommend her highly because although it is difficult and embarrassing to be in a situation such as this, she was never condescending or insulting. I appreciate all that she did to help us to start again financially.
