- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard fee for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy is $299. My tax price is not standardized due to the varying complexity of peoples tax situations. However, I always include free E-file and bank products (during tax season) and Easy refund advances (January and February only).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask that a prospective client schedule a FREE consultation with me by going to our website. At our initial consultation, I will gather all of the information that I need as well as answer any questions that the client has. I pride myself on same-day or next-day filings in most cases out of respect for my clients time and understanding that they need to minimize time off of their job. I am available after filing for any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Paralegal Studies from Clayton State University and have worked with attorney's for over 9 years. I take regular continuing education for taxes to stay up to date on new tax laws.
