- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with my customers and help best fit their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first speak with the customer on the phone to discuss in depth what they seek out if their event. From their I provide a basic list of alcohol they may want to consider for the event if they are purchasing it. Then just keep a constant line of communication throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified bartender and hav ever trained by Jaegermeister, and Anheuser Busch.
