About
Former Professional Baseball Player | Elite Hitting & Defensive Instruction Baseball has been my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up learning the game from my father, **Scott Fletcher**, who spent **15 seasons in Major League Baseball** and is recognized by sabermetric research as one of the greatest clutch hitters in modern baseball history. His work has also been recognized for exceptional defensive excellence, including holding the highest career fielding percentage among MLB second basemen with more than 650 games played at the position. Growing up around the clubhouse and learning from someone who played the game at that level gave me an understanding of baseball that extends far beyond mechanics. That foundation led me to an incredible playing career of my own. My Baseball Experience • Former professional player in the Kansas City Royals and Chicago White Sox organizations • 1st & 2nd Team All-American • Auburn Baseball All-Decade Team (2010–2020) • Louisville Slugger National Player of the Week • Kansas City Royals Organizational Player of the Year (2011) • 2× AAA National Champion (2013 & 2014) • National Championship MVP (2013) • Auburn single-season record holder for most multi-home-run games • Tied Auburn's all-time career home run record I'm also fortunate to come from a family deeply rooted in professional baseball. My brother-in-law, **Gordon Beckham**, was the **8th overall pick in the MLB Draft**, earned **American League Rookie of the Year runner-up honors**, and enjoyed an outstanding collegiate career at the University of Georgia, where he was recognized as one of the nation's premier players. My other brother-in-law, **Jake Cronenworth**, has become one of Major League Baseball's top infielders, earning **multiple All-Star selections**, a **Silver Slugger Award**, and establishing himself as one of the game's most versatile players. Being surrounded by this level of baseball throughout my life has allowed me to learn from multiple generations of elite players, coaches, and professionals. Those experiences shape every lesson I teach. What You Can Expect: Every lesson is completely personalized based on the athlete's age, ability, goals, and learning style. Whether you're: * Learning the game for the first time * Trying to make your middle or high school team * Preparing for college baseball * Looking to play professionally ...I'll build a plan specifically for you. Lessons include: • Hitting mechanics, timing, swing efficiency, and power development • Infield and outfield defensive instruction • Footwork, glove work, throwing mechanics, and arm care • Baseball IQ and situational awareness • Confidence and mental performance • College recruiting guidance and professional insight • Optional swing and defensive video analysis My philosophy is simple: **don't just practice—practice with purpose.** Every session is structured to help players understand *why* they're making adjustments, not just *what* to do. My goal is for every athlete to leave more confident, more knowledgeable, and noticeably better than when they arrived. If you're serious about taking your game to the next level, I'd love the opportunity to help you get there. Baseball has been my life for over 30 years. I've experienced the game from nearly every perspective—as the son of a 15-year Major League veteran, an All-American at Auburn, a professional player, a national champion, and now as a coach. My goal is to give every athlete the same knowledge, discipline, and confidence that helped me compete at the highest levels.

My training experience with Brian has honestly been life changing. Prior to training with him I was in a workout slump, unmotivated, and not seeing results. Brian created workouts that are created specifically for my goals and my abilities. In addition to a workout program he put together and nutrition and supplement program as well. I have never felt this confident nor have I seen results the way I have prior to this experience. He’s motivating, keeps me accountable, and pushes me. I can’t say enough great things!

I have always had problems with posture and form doing certain workouts. Brian has helped greatly showing me that slow and controlled movements are the way to go. He’s patient and takes his time to make sure I’m focusing on technique and posture while doing the exercises. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality personal trainer!

I don’t ever leave reviews, but Brian is super knowledgeable when it comes to training! He makes sure each exercise is personalized to your individual needs, but he also takes the time to educate you on the benefits of each movement. Personable, professional, and funny...I would recommend him to anyone. He makes working out fun!
