Introduction: We are insured and only use high quality cosmetically safe FDA compliant supplies. We have trained with Masters in our craft and continue to educate in our ever-changing field. Fancy has been face painting for over 18 years and been in business for 9 years. Some face painters use the wrong stuff like acrylic paints. Just because it is non-toxic doesn't mean you should use it. It says right on the bottle wash immediately if it gets on your skin.
