Alexandria was amazing! I threw a surprise party for my husband and she worked with me on getting everything set up and ready to go for when we returned home. The food was amazing and great quality! I will definitely be entrusting meat n the middle for other functions!

I worked with Meat 'n' The Middle for a wedding rehearsal dinner for about 25 people recently. The food was absolutely stellar and she was such a joy to work with. Best wild rice casserole I've had in my life! I will absolutely be going here first if I need catering again.

Everything was excellent!! We ordered a variety of food to be catered for our holiday party and Alexandria delivered! The Rasta pasta was out of this world delicious, and people went back for seconds and thirds of almost every dish. We can’t wait to work with Alexandria again!

I work with each customer to work out the best price for what they would like provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial chat to find out exactly what my customer wants me to provide. It takes me about 30 minutes to design the menu and prices and get it back to my customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the kitchen since I was 9 and have been catering now for over 10 years.
