- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with each customer to work out the best price for what they would like provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial chat to find out exactly what my customer wants me to provide. It takes me about 30 minutes to design the menu and prices and get it back to my customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the kitchen since I was 9 and have been catering now for over 10 years.
