- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once you give us a budget we go from there. Our prices include a 35% deposit, 20% service charge , $75 delivery, set up and break down fee. $.60 a mile outside of the metro of Atlanta. We offer all your catering needs like linen, tents, chairs, tables, glasses, China and more for additional fees that are broken down in a per person cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are real good friends with local farmers so we stay updated on produce and seasonality. Our Executive Chef is always working with owners of Atlanta's top restaurants to keep up on the latest food trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Out of necessity, my parents cooking was horrible and I knew I had to do something!!!
